This is my Kanna that i bought from Herbal Smoke.com which they sell from $2.85/gram. It looks brown, finely chopped and powder-like. smells spicey (like many herbs)

Method of Use: Smoking

Quantity: Just a pinch

Taste/Smell: I was surprised by the taste...kind of a mild MJ taste, but it's been a long time since I've smoked any of that.Feel first hit?: Maybe a little

Effects / Experience: This is the second herbal I've tried (first being Wild Lettuce), so I was surprised to feel the effects. Also, from what I've read, I was expecting more of a mood lift than a buzz.
I put a pinch on top of some pipe tobacco, so I had between 2-3 hits of Kanna before I got to the tobacco. There was a definite head buzz by the third hit. The buzz lasted about 20 minutes.
There had been several nights at work lately in which I was very angry or grumpy. I smoked the kanna right before work, and I was in a great mood all night. I didn't feel buzzed or anything, but I was in a good mood. Easy to laugh, smiling a lot, very personable.

Overall rating: I like it for sure

Would you use this product again: Most definitely!

Listen to what people say...very little needed. I will probably grab a slightly bigger pinch next time (enough for one more hit), because the effects started wearing off about an hour before the end of my shift.
I would also suggest smoking it with something, but not tobacco. You can't really have a relaxing smoke with only 3 puffs, so you need something to smoke with it.
The tobacco buzz did not mesh with the Kanna buzz very well.
